GEOsync is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for people of all abilities. We continually work to improve access to geo-sync.io, app.geo-sync.io, and the related services and information we provide.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to design and maintain our websites and Services with recognized accessibility practices in mind, including applicable guidance from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As GEOsync develops new features and updates existing experiences, we will continue evaluating opportunities to improve usability for people who use assistive technologies or interact with the Services in different ways.
2. Accessibility Measures
Our accessibility efforts may include:
- Using semantic page structure and meaningful heading order.
- Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive features.
- Maintaining readable text and sufficient color contrast.
- Providing descriptive labels and alternative text where appropriate.
- Designing forms, buttons, links, and navigation for clarity and usability.
- Supporting responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Reviewing new content and features for potential accessibility barriers.
3. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the GEOsync experience may rely on third-party services, including payment processing, authentication, embedded content, or external websites.
Although we seek to work with providers that support accessible experiences, GEOsync does not control the accessibility of third-party services. We welcome reports of barriers encountered while using a third-party feature through GEOsync.
4. Ongoing Improvement
Technology, accessibility standards, and user needs continue to evolve. GEOsync treats accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.
We may periodically review the Services, address identified barriers, and make reasonable improvements based on testing, available resources, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
5. Feedback and Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of GEOsync, please contact us. Providing the affected page, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using will help us investigate.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an accessible alternative when practicable.
